Wall Street

24x12 oil on panel

Somehow this pair of male puppets makes me think of Wall Street guys, out for a good time, maybe checking out the girls on the street. Definitely dressed for a night on the town, too much money in their pockets.

Great painting Terry. And your desciption of the players in the piece has me laughing!

Thanks Seth! I was trying not to be too rude with my description, but the 'Boys' Do have a slightly slimy, self-satisfied look, don't they?

I'm here via Seth - you don't use blocks for your art? Or perhaps I didn't dig deep enough. LOL Did the boys used to play with blocks?

Well Terry, hope later is better than never to visit and comment. Just love this painting!! The subject, your contrast of colors, background patterns and different hues, its boldness- just all amazing! So glad to come by. Hope all is well with you. hugs

I'm here via Seth - but the catch is, I've been gone for two weeks and attempting to catch up. So if I didn't visit when you were featured, I apologize. I like your 'Jack', since I'm into small things and glass of any kind, so that's what I'm attracted to. Was the jack ever featured on your site other than in icon size?
